Where is the pickup location at the Orlando International Airport?

Between 8:00am and Midnight – The Genie will pick you up at MCO’s Express Pickup located on level one INSIDE the terminal. Take the elevator (not the escalator) closest to your luggage carousel down to level one, the Express pickup doors are straight ahead when the elevator doors open.

From midnight to 8:00am – Your driver will contact you with pickup instructions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

The Genie Transportation Services accepts cash and all major credit cards.

How far in advance can I book transportation?

The Genie Transportation Services will accept reservations up to 120 days in advance.

Is gratuity included in your fares?

Gratuity is NOT included in any of our published fares.

Do you charge taxes on top of your fares?

There are no taxes charged on transportation services in Florida.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

Your may cancel your reservation at any time but your deposit is refundable only up to 24 hours prior to your reservation.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

In the event of any cancellation or delay (such as a change in flight schedule etc), please contact us as soon as possible to adjust your scheduled pickup time. We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule and accommodate customers impacted by air travel delays/cancellations at no additional charge.

What kind of vehicle does The Genie operate?

The Genie Transportation Services operates full-size SUVs such as a GMC Yukon XL or Ford Expedition Max.

Do you provide Port Canaveral transportation?

Absolutely! We offer convenient and reliable transportation to and from the Port Canaveral cruise port and neighboring hotels.

Do you provide MCO private transportation?

Yes! Whether you need transportation for a business event or a family trip, our private transportation services are tailored to fit your needs.

Do you provide car service to the Walt Disney World resort?
